2. What we collect
We only collect data you give us voluntarily: name, company, email address, phone number, country and the content of your enquiry when you use our quote form, newsletter signup or factory-visit booking. Our analytics cookies (only with your consent) collect anonymised traffic data such as pages viewed and approximate location.
3. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, deliver and support the equipment you order, meet our legal and tax obligations, and — with your consent — send you product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
4. Legal basis
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for enquiries and orders; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for cookies and marketing emails; legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for invoices and tax records.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries and quotations: 24 months from last contact. Order and invoice records: 10 years, as required by Italian tax law. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
6. Who we share it with
Freight and logistics partners, only the details needed to deliver your order, and our accounting provider for invoicing. We never sell your data.
7. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing sales@hengsen.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
