Everything about buying a cold room

Insulated PIR panels, floor (or floorless option), hinged or sliding door with safety release, the refrigeration unit, the evaporator, the digital controller, LED lighting, pressure relief valve and all fixings. We also send the panel layout, wiring diagram, and the controller factory preset for your target temperature. You need only a power connection and a level floor.

For monoblock plug-in packages, no: the circuit is charged, tested and sealed in the factory, so the package is a single 230 V plug plus assembly of cam-lock panels. Split units require local pipe work and a certified F-gas engineer in most EU countries — we include pre-flared line sets and support you by video.

All prices shown are ex VAT, in EUR, and you can switch to USD or stay in EUR at the top of the page. On request we quote FOB / CIF / EXW — incoterm stated on the pro-forma — and EU buyers with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge.

Monoblock units and parts ship in 48 hours to 7 days. Complete cold room packages are produced to order in 12–30 working days depending on size, plus 4–9 days of transport to the EU. Ice machines are pre-order with Q2 deliveries.

Yes — that is the point of buying a package. Send the internal dimensions, what you store, loading pattern (kg per day, entry temperature) and your summer ambient. We calculate the load, select the compressor, evaporator surface and defrost cycle, and issue the specification with the quote.

24 months on complete packages, 24 months on packaged units from the delivery date, and spare parts supply for 10 years. Our Padova and Rotterdam stock holds fans, controllers, valves, heaters and door hardware, so most failures are fixed with a part shipped in 48 hours.
